Updated my site look and added Opengraph meta tags

Tinkered with CSS again. Also now embeds should work properly, with better names and things.

I found out about something called Open Graph protocol that helps apps like Discord and Matrix clients etc. to figure out what the important parts of the embeds are.

Let me know what you think. :) I wanted something more cleaner looking, though I do enjoy cyan colors (if you use dark mode you can't avoid it lol).
